1. The All-Star game is an inter-league game. Teams will be split as evenly as possible by the League Representatives and GYB President.

2. Pony, Bronco and Mustang Leagues may each have All-Star teams. Each team’s roster will be decided by the number of teams in each league. (Minimum roster 12; maximum roster 18.)  

• Team representatives will be selected by a vote of team players, manager and coaches. Highest vote totals will be team representatives.
• The balloting for team members will take place in the later part of season at a time to be determined by the League Representatives.
• Playing rules. No player can pitch more than 1 inning and once removed a pitcher cannot pitch again. The innings pitched will not count against regular season limitations and rest periods are waived. All players will play a minimum of one-half of the game defensively. 
• All-Star teams will wear regular uniforms.
